Our Role and Key Contributions
Our role centered on the remeasurement of the Builder’s Work package to support the conversion of the remeasured contract into a lump-sum contract, along with contractor commercial representation
- Package Remeasurement: Executed a comprehensive remeasurement of the Builder’s Work package to establish exact final quantities and provide a robust lump-sum baseline.
- Contract Conversion Support: Facilitated the transition from a remeasured unit-price contract to a lump-sum contract structure to reduce financial uncertainty and refine scope boundaries.
- Commercial Representation: Represented the contractor in commercial meetings to negotiate parameters, clarify quantitative variations, and protect commercial interests.
