Our role centered on cost planning and the preparation of the Tender Bill of Quantities (BoQ) on behalf of the Cost Consultant
- Cost Planning: Developed structured cost models and financial baselines to support early-stage budgeting and procurement strategy.
- Tender BoQ Preparation: Prepared a detailed Tender Bill of Quantities to provide accurate material breakdowns and clear trade packages for tendering.
- Cost Consultant Collaboration: Worked in direct coordination with the Cost Consultant to align measurement standards, trade allocations, and tender documentation.
