Our Role and Key Contributions
Our role centered on the remeasurement of the Builder’s Work package to enable the conversion of the remeasured contract into a lump-sum contract, alongside strategic commercial representation
- Package Remeasurement: Conducted a comprehensive remeasurement of the Builder’s Work package to determine precise final quantities and establish an accurate lump-sum baseline.
- Contract Conversion Support: Facilitated the transition from a remeasured contract structure to a lump-sum contract, mitigating commercial risk and clarifying scope boundaries.
- Commercial Representation: Represented the contractor in commercial meetings to negotiate parameters, resolve quantitative differences, and safeguard commercial interests.
